What we do
Peaks & Plains owns and manages around 5000 homes across East Cheshire and the High Peak. Based in Macclesfield, the Trust employs around 180 staff.
The Trust exists to help improve lives by playing a part in addressing local housing need and it’s key priorities are to:
- be a great landlord
- create great places to live
- be a resilient business.
We are a profit-for-purpose organisation, so any surpluses (profits) that we make are reinvested back into the services that we provide. We don't have owners or shareholders. All profit is for a purpose - to help improve lives.
